Founder of Front Runner Properties LLC, Evad Williams has a passion for real estate investing and has over 20 years experience in the industry. He is known for providing superior customer service to clients and for helping others solve problems.

Evad has a MBA from Texas Southern University and a B.S. in Business Management from Southern University. He is also a proud graduate of the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans with Disabilities (Texas A&M) and the Texas Veteran Entrepreneur Program.

Evad has 20+ years in Law Enforcement and is also a retired officer with the United States Army Reserves after serving over 23 years of distinguished and honorable service. Both law enforcement and military service have provided him with exceptional opportunities that have enhanced his natural, God given leadership abilities.

Evad is a loving husband, devoted father, and proud veteran.
